Wilmington Seniors Defying the Odds
Featured on 2022 Wilmington 60 Strong Calendar

Meet the twelve Wilmington residents in their sixties chosen to be featured on an exclusive 2022 calendar that highlights events and activities around Wilmington, and serves as a roadmap to good health. A panel of celebrity judges selected the Wilmington 60 Strong Ambassadors because they have overcome major health issues, lost or cared for loved ones and reached new levels of fitness. Each one has an inspirational story to tell.

Wilmington 60 Strong is a celebration of grit and resilience that is sponsored by Wilmington Health physicians. Anchor Senior Care Advantage is a new program based on the vision that seamless and greater coordination of care is required to optimally care for senior patients. It is designed to keep Wilmington seniors active and help them navigate the complexities of Medicare coverage and other healthcare decisions, which is why the calendar will include important timeline information regarding Medicare signup deadlines.
